The installation procedure of the Bird Diverter is quite feasible as it comes with very simple yet effective and sustainable mechanism. The bird diverters are proved very effective in the areas surrounded by forest, sanctuary or Eco-Sensitive zones where there is a heavy traffic fly zone of the birds.

The Bird Diverters should be installed on the overhead transmission line at the distance of 10 meters from the preceding installed bird diverter and in a Zig-Zag format amongst the other conductors.

Installing the Bird Diverters in Zig-Zag format will not only make it effective in avoiding the bird hitting the transmission line but also optimize the cost of the company as taking the horizontal aerial view of the transmission line it would appear to be a continuous installation of the diversion at every 5 meters created to avoid bird hitting.

• To open the clamp of bird diverters, use pull force manually on the brackets of the clamp and the Bird Diverters shall open its grip.
• Use simple force to shut the opened brackets of bird diverters against the line to get the hold on the conductor through its grip.
• While holding the grip, the bird diverters shall lock itself on the conductor by applying simple manual press force on its brackets.
• Be careful with the opened Bird Diverter which holds the conductor, since the force of the bird diverter is significant and can cause injury
